Ms. Costello attended Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland Oregon, where she completed criminal law internships in both Oregon and Alaska. After law school graduation, she clerked for the Alaska Superior Court in Dillingham. In 2013 Ms. Costello moved to Juneau to work as an attorney for a private law firm. As an associate and then senior associate attorney, Ms. Costello provided legal services to corporations, municipalities, small businesses, and individuals throughout Alaska on a variety of areas, including civil litigation, personal injury defense, constitutional law, contract agreements, real estate issues, employment issues, municipal law issues, medical malpractice defense, and estate planning. Between late 2018 and 2020, Ms. Costello was the attorney for Bartlett Regional Hospital and worked in all areas of health care law as well as on municipal projects for the City and Borough of Juneau. In December 2020 she went back to private practice, and in late 2022 she opened Foghorn Law Office, LLC to provide services to clients throughout Alaska.

Ms. Costello brings broad work and life experience to Foghorn Law Office, LLC. Born in Dillingham and raised in the village of New Stuyahok and Kodiak, she put herself through college and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Environmental Studies while working various jobs. Before attending law school, Ms. Costello had a career with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities as an Environmental Analyst, obtaining permits from regulatory agencies, preparing environmental documents, and conducting construction monitoring on airport and highway projects.

On a personal note, Ms. Costello lives in Douglas (with the City and Borough of Juneau) with her daughter, her husband Jack, and various animals. Jack is a tugboater, who pulls barges that provide groceries and other commodities throughout Southeast Alaska. As a family, they appreciate the outdoors and all the adventures that Alaska offers and spend free time boating, hiking, snowboarding, nordic skiing, berry-picking, hunting, and fishing. She is on the board of the Juneau Montessori School, located in Douglas, Alaska.

Attorney Daniella Ginter is a Southern transplant with roots stemming from California.

After teaching Business Office Administration to Military members for four years, Ms. Ginter decided to go back to school to get a Bachelors of Arts in Government Contracting and Acquisitions, graduating in 2021. She later attended Regent University in Virginia, where she double majored, receiving her Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Regent School of Business and her law degree from Regent School of Law in 2024. During graduate school, she interned with the Superior Court of Pima County in Arizona, the Court of Appeals in Virginia Beach, and the City Attorney's Office in Chesapeake, Virginia. After completing law school, she continued as a teacher's aid at Regent School of Law, helping teach contract law.  In February of 2025, Daniella took and past the Arizona bar exam. Daniella moved to Alaska to practice Criminal law at the District Attorney's office, where she handled domestic violence cases and other felony crimes. Daniella was admitted to all Alaska courts in 2026.

Daniella currently resides and works out of her home office in Anchorage, Alaska. On a personal note, Daniella is newly married to Evan, an aspiring tech genius. After they said "I do" to each other, they said "why not" to an Alaskan adventure. Since moving to Alaska they have welcomed a son. They enjoy berry picking, hiking, and spend probably too much time with their rescue husky.
